TRAIL RUNNING UPHILL (AGAIN!)
Runners World produced a nice video and present Scott Jurek to talk about uphill running on the trails.

He is Trail Runner who really knows his stuff - very experienced and specialising in Ultra Trail.

Last week we saw Adam Chase talk about uphill running.  This time Scott goes over some more ideas.

Runners World hat ein nettes Video gemacht, indem Scott Jurek übers bergauflaufen auf den Trails spricht. 

Er ist ein Trailrunner der weiß wovon er spricht , er ist sehr erfahren und auf Ultra-Trail Läufe spezialisiert.

Letzte Woche hat Adam Chase übers bergauflaufen gesprochen. Jetzt bringt Scott einige neue Ideen dazu.
