Come run the premiere 50K trail race in the Southeast. Taking place on a beautiful dirt-packed trail with Tennessee mountain stone thrown in, and with a 5000+ ft. elevation gain, the Rock/Creek StumpJump 50K benefits the Cumberland Trail Conference, a non-profit working to complete a 300+ mile long recreational trail running along the Cumberland Plateau. Looking for a shorter race on the same beautiful trail? You're in luck! There will be an 11 Mile course offered as well. 

Proceeds benefit the Cumberland Trail Conference, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to the completion and maintainance of the 300+ mile long Cumberland Trail. You may want to join the Friends of the Cumberland Trail as well. The trail runs along the Cumberland Plateau from Chattanooga to Cumberland Gap and the estimated cost of completion is $6 million dollars. Rock/Creek Outfitters and the Cumberland Trail Conference would like to thank you for your support and donations.

5K Course Description
(Map) The course has hills, but ends on a nice downhill onto the grass finish line. The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd. There will be one water stop on course. The start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge. The finish is on the grass next to the softball fields along Culver Rd. The exact same finish will be used for the kids races.
